Path to first unit
Three possible routes.
One decision is pending: where to launch first. Each route reuses the same formulation work.
Route A
South Africa first
SEDA Technology Transfer grant; local ISO 22716 contract manufacturer; 1,000-unit pilot over six months.
Route B
EU first (Austria)
EU independent chemist, FFG / AWS funding, EU Responsible Person, CPSR + CPNP. 8–12 months. Capital target €14–24k.
Route C
Dual launch
“Formulate once, comply everywhere.” 2,000 units split SA/EU. 10–14 months. Capital target €22–35k / R400–600k.
